It’s been almost 3 years since he passed away, and I still can’t believe it. He left us way too soon. His music that he left behind for us will forever remain a powerful force towards making the world a better place. The more I hear about all the killings and racism that still exists on Earth, I can’t help but think about the messages that MJ had in his music. If everyone was truly exposed to it and its power, I believe that the world would really be a better place.

The people killed Michael Jackson. Not his doctor, not himself. What the media and society did to him is truly monstrous…and we are all guilty of it. With all these court cases, and molestation accusations, the media completely captured the minds of the people and made them forget about the positive messages that he communicated to us through his songs.

No matter what he did in his personal life, his music was truly the difference between life and death for many people. It has inspired almost every musician in this world, as well as people in different aspects of life. It is immeasurable and incomparable to any music that we will ever hear. Aside from his talent, the power that was manifested through his songs can never be overcome by the media’s perceptions of him.

I really hope that everyone, including myself, has learned a valuable lesson from his death. The things he could have continued to do if he was still alive is not even fathomable…but nobody gave him a chance. Everyone chose to listen to the media and everything that was going on AROUND the music, but many didn’t hear the music through it all.

People can argue with me and disagree with me if MJ was a good person or not, but regardless of who he was, his music will always remain the most powerful composition of sound and words the world has ever heard.

Rest in Peace, Michael Jackson. We miss you forever.

A Day of Reflaxation

Today was a great day. Had a long week, but I finally had some time to relax, reflect, and think. Life is so great. I’m surrounded by the most talented, caring, and Beautiful people in the entire world. Each day brings forth a new story, and I’m extremely thankful for it all.

Also, I had some good conversation with Mr. Danny Mana. We had a good talk about everything that’s been going on, and all the unfinished and new work we have yet to complete. Since we’re both students, it’s been very difficult to make music a top priority over our schoolwork, but at the end of the day, it’s what we both truly love doing… Making Music. We’ll manage. We have a bunch of brand new songs we are working on at the moment. They each are very unique in their own way and contain a diversity of genres. I can’t wait for you all to hear it!!!

I just had this sudden urge to write a blog today, which I never usually do, but I can get used to it. Hopefully I can find the time to write these more often.

Anyway… I just want to take this time and THANK EVERYONE who has constantly been supporting us since Day 1 (I know you all remember California Girl!). True supporters got all my Love and Blessings. Let’s end this year off great!
